Brazilian Lumber – Early Black Friday Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Early Black Friday Campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Brazilian Lumber, LLC (“the Company”). This Promotion provides eligible customers with a 10% discount off contractor pricing and the opportunity to receive better-than-competitor pricing on qualifying materials, subject to the conditions set forth below.

2. Promotional Period

This Promotion is valid from November 10, 2025, through November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
To qualify:

• All orders must be placed, confirmed, and invoiced within the promotional period.
• No extensions, retroactive discounts, or adjustments will be granted after the promotion expires.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

   

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is available to all customers purchasing directly from Brazilian Lumber during the Promotion Period, either in person at any physical location or by phone order. Orders can be shipped anywhere within the United States and the Caribbean, but purchases cannot be completed online.
• The 10% contractor discount and price-beating offer are for trade professionals, including builders, contractors, architects, designers, and installers.
• The Promotion is valid across all Brazilian Lumber locations in the U.S.
  

4. Offer Details

4.1 10% Trade Price tier.

A 10% discount will be applied to the total eligible materials purchased by qualifying trade professionals at the time of purchase or invoicing. This discount applies only to the product subtotal before taxes and shipping and does not apply to milling.

4.2 Price Match Guarantee

Brazilian Lumber will beat any competitor’s pricing on equivalent qualifying items when a current written quote from an authorized U.S. retailer or distributor is provided.

Requirements:

• The competitor quote must be dated within the promotional period.
• The quoted product must be identical in species, grade, dimensions, and finish.
• The quote must include the competitor’s company details, product information, and contact information for verification.

   

Competitor Definition:

Only quotes from authorized U.S. retailers or distributors are eligible.

Prices from private sellers, liquidation events, unauthorized resellers, or online marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace) do not qualify.

Verification and Decision Authority:

Brazilian Lumber reserves the right to:

• Verify the authenticity of any quote or offer;

   

• Confirm product equivalence and stock availability;

   

• Reject unverifiable or non-equivalent comparisons; and

   

• Make all determinations at its sole and final discretion.

   

5. Eligible Products

This Promotion applies only to the following product categories:

• Tropical Hardwoods: Ipe, Cumaru, Garapa, Jatoba, and similar species;

   

• Thermally Modified Woods: Ayous, Ash, and similar species;

   

• Select Composite Decking and Aluminum Brands, as determined by Brazilian Lumber.

   

6. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for the promotional discount or price match:

• Hardware, fasteners, clips, accessories, and installation systems;

   

• Special orders, discontinued items, and custom milling;

   

• Sales tax, delivery, freight, and installation charges;

   

• Prior purchases or pending quotes issued before November 10, 2025;

   

• Any transaction combined with another discount, offer, rebate, or promotion;

   

• Products sold through clearance, liquidation, or project bid pricing.
• Milling services.

   

7. Purchase Conditions

To qualify for this Promotion:

• Orders must be placed and confirmed during the Promotion Period.

   

• Full or partial payment must be received by November 30, 2025.

   

• All discounts and adjustments must be processed at the time of purchase or invoicing.

   

• Standard company policies on deposits, returns, and exchanges apply.

   

• All promotions are subject to product availability and while supplies last.

   

8. Limitations

• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or project bids.

   

• Not valid for past purchases or open invoices.

   

• No substitutions, rain checks, or retroactive applications.

   

• Discounts and price-beating offers are not redeemable for cash or credit.

   

• Discounts are non-transferable and non-assignable.

   

9. Company Rights

Brazilian Lumber reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice;

   

• Refuse any claim or request that fails verification or eligibility criteria;

   

• Correct typographical, pricing, or promotional errors at its discretion.

   

All determinations by the Company regarding eligibility, verification, and application of discounts are final and binding.

10. General Terms

• All purchases are subject to Brazilian Lumber’s standard Terms of Sale and Return Policy.

   

• Errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes in promotional materials will not be honored.

   

• By participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  

11. Governing Law

This Promotion and its Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
